Expression gives life. It is one of the mottos of the initiators of Klanken en Dansen op Het Groene Veld.
On Sunday 25 June you can again participate in this workshop with all your heart, body and soul. Titia is already well known at Het Groene Veld. Every last Friday of the month you can participate in Zen & Zingen, a wonderful way to start the weekend.
Klanken en Dansen is a 'co-production' by Titia Bloemhof and Vera Reijns. A few times a year, on a Sunday, they provide a long workshop (from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM) in the social area at Het Groene Veld.
Participants are invited to let go of censorship and self-criticism as much as possible and to enjoy dancing and singing. In your unique way. Nobody dances and sings like you. Expressing yourself is liberating. And has little to do with technique but more with the willingness to stop putting pressure on ourselves day after day.
Titia and Vera enjoy working at Het Groene Veld, a place that invites you to let go, to experiment and to go on an adventure.
In the morning the focus is on dance and in the afternoon on voice liberation. The day ends with mantra chanting.
Price: 60 euro till June 7, after 70 euro.
