She loves the dynamics, the diversity of people, arts and crafts that come together here, and the space it offers for encounter and exchange.<\/strong> <br \/><br \/>The environment stimulates and challenges her to further research and development. Aim\u00e9e writes, creates, observes, researches, philosophizes and analyzes, to name a few. Choosing doesn't seem to be an option, everything tastes good, and she is ready for more.<\/p><h3>Philosophy<\/h3><p>Aim\u00e9e was born in Culemborg, attended secondary school in Zeist and then studied philosophy in Amsterdam. In the two years that followed, she discovered that studying like this didn\u2019t make her happy. It was time for change. Aim\u00e9e chose the arts and enrolled at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy, the bold and exciting art school in Amsterdam from which she recently graduated.<\/p><h3>TXT<\/h3><p>After her basic year at the Academy, she studied TXT, short for Text, Context, Textiles. Within the department, the relationship between materiality and the written word is examined from various perspectives. It's about making and thinking, hand and head. This combination can lead to extraordinary results.<\/p><h3>Exciting and inimitable<\/h3><p>What to think of Aim\u00e9e's graduation thesis? In it she makes 'a humorous and semi-pornographic attempt to dismantle neoliberal capitalism in the realm of sensuality'. Exciting and inimitable, that's how you might describe Aim\u00e9e's work.
