I discovered yoga through a friend, and it didn't take long before I felt its powerful impact on both my body and mind. What started as simple curiosity soon became a deeper journey.<\/strong><\/p>

Yoga brought me strength, balance, discipline, and inner peace. It empowered me in many ways, and inspired me to share this experience with others.<\/p>

After completing my Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, I began teaching regular community classes, supporting students of different levels in a warm and inclusive environment.<\/p>

Later, I completed my Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, combining the grounding elements of yoga with the freedom and playfulness of movement in the air.<\/p>

At Het Groene Veld Community Space in Amsterdam, my aerial yoga classes are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and accessible to everyone. My teaching style is warm, attentive, and encouraging.<\/p>

I aim to create a safe space where students can explore movement with awareness, build strength and flexibility, release stress, and reconnect with themselves \u2014 both in the hammock and in everyday life.<\/p>

Welcome to a gentle sanctuary designed to replenish your energy. In this nurturing class, an aerial silk hammock suspended just a few inches off the floor acts as a supportive cocoon.<\/p>

The soft fabric holds you safely so your muscles can release into weightlessness, guiding the nervous system into a peaceful space of rest.<\/p>

No prior experience is needed, come as you are and leave feeling nurtured and refreshed . Lotta is your teacher.<\/p>
