Every Friday on Het Groene Veld, we offer a three-course, organic people's cuisine deluxe menu. After all, everyone is entitled to that!
Practical alternative
The experienced and energetic team at ADM Eatery combines their expertise and energy to cook what they desire with the available ingredients. All food is plant-based, sourced from local organic farmers, the organic wholesale market, or our own garden—fresh and pesticide-free. All food expenses go directly to organic farmers. They provide a practical alternative and an answer to climate change.
Delicious
Good-quality food is too expensive for many people, which we find absurd. By purchasing in bulk, we reduce costs, enabling everyone to enjoy pure and delicious food, not industrial fast food.
The Friday afternoon garden team
Green Ass Garden, the Friday afternoon garden team at Het Groene Veld, adds the ultra-fresh touches. The proceeds from the eatery support the kitchen and the cultural free space Het Groene Veld. This allows us to continue developing what the city needs: diverse music, unconventional sounds, workshops, practice spaces, sound studios, circus, festivals, installations, fire, nature, and more.
All the work here is done for free, but we still have to pay rent—without knowing how long we can stay.

Our restaurant, Eetcafé ADM North, and the bar are open every Friday from 5:00 PM.
A vegan 3-course menu is served for 10 euros between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
